Once approved, our onboarding process is simple and refined. Clients receive all necessary forms, service guidelines, and preparation details — ensuring a smooth and respectful start to our partnership.

Your first service is scheduled with one of our trained residential care teams. Prior to your appointment, you receive all relevant information — and a welcome experience designed to reflect our standard of care.

After your initial service, we follow up to gather feedback and make any necessary refinements. A dedicated service day, time, and care professional are then assigned for your ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.
